Please do NOT allow this to happen. The Do Not Call list is in place particularly to STOP these people from invading our homes. If a legitimate prior business relationship is in place between a caller and client, the client should be allowed to knowingly opt-in to any phone contact beforehand. This rule will effectively remove all privacy from people on the Do Not Call list because the entire body of companies it is in place to protect us against are unfair, evil, and will take any chance at a loophole to contact us against our preference. There should be NO "ifs", "ands" or "buts" in this matter. It has been made *very clear* that the people of the US do not want anything to do with telemarketing, regardless of it's origins or intents.
