Pardon me but I just have to ask. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!? I DO NOT WANT ANY ADDITIONAL LOOPHOLES INTRODUCED! The no-call list has helped to stem the tide of telemarketing harasment I received previous to it becoming law. It's not perfect but it does help quite a bit. Please, allow myself and others like me to go on without feeling vicitimized by a utility we MUST have and are required to pay for. If you want telemarketers to have the ability to carry on then perhaps someone should suggest sidling with the telcos and come up with a system that works like broadcast television. The consumer gets the line for free but has to endure advertisements and the telcos sell that time to the advertisers. Those of us who choose to pay get premium service and no disturbances. Just a thought.
