Opening up the "do not call" list to ANY kind of phone calls totally invalidates the concept of such a list in the first place. Any person who participates in such and "opening" is, by definition, a conspirator to a falsehood. Please avoid such behavior, or we the citizens will be forced to find wome way to chastize such folks soundly. Please understand taht we signed the list because we "Don't Want Called". This is a simple thing to understand. Find a way to accommplish this understanding.
