Since being on the DO NOT CALL list, solitation calls to my phone have dropped off at least 95%. Allowing recorded calls will only tie up consumers phone lines since the machines do not hang up until the message is completed. Please do not allow changes to the Telemarketing Rule permitting use of recorded calls.
