I was under the impression that the national do-not-call list meant do-not-call. As of late, I've been getting more and more recorded "offers" that I do not want. This proposal will only increase this. If I wish to communicate with with an entity that I have had a previous relationship with, I will initiate that communication. -I do not want commercial calls at home. -I do not want recorded commercial calls left on my answering machine. -I especially do not want recorded "ads". -I expect the do-not-call to mean DO-NOT-CALL.
