To Whom it may Concern, To the statement, "allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers" I can only respond with "Hello?!? What part of 'Do Not Call' do you not understand?!? Egads! Sounds like fertile ground for a class-action lawsuit. (Remember those false advertising laws? How about bait and switch?)
