Hello, I am absolutely opposed to this change. "Do Not Call" means do not call. The citizens interest must not take a back seat to the business interest. I do not wish to receive unsolicited calls, pre-recorded or otherwise. If I wish to have contact with a business with whom I have an "established business relationship", I will contact them.
