This amendment is horrible. I'm sure it will lead to significant phone spam, and I'm not at all convinced it would be easy to "opt out" from receiving the spam - it's nearly impossible with email spam. Don't let this go through. KEEP "Do Not Call" a REAL prohibition against junk calls.
