opening this loophole is absurd. the whole point of the do-not-call list is to avoid having telemarketers call your home. it sounds like the DNC list is actually a clever way for marketers to mine telephone numbers, and have a pre-made list of persons tocall. perhaps mr. allen hile should be investigated to ensure that he doesn't have any pre-existing business relationships with any of the marketers in question.
