I am against letting prerecorded telemarketing calls for numbers listed on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I think people have made their choice clear by having their number added to the list. Personally prerecorded calls where a major source of annoyance and I was never able to remove my number from the variety of telemarketers that had the number before the DO NOT CALL LIST was in place. Furthermore these telemarketers use this these calling lists to call when it is most inconvient for me (e.g. waking me up) since there is no human being on the other side to complain to.
