Please do not allow this loophole! Since the enactment of the do not call list my home phone has been relativly quiet. I have begun to feel like it is safe once again to answer my telephone. Aside from 2 or 3 "non-profit" orgs that have called we have not gotten any unwanted calls and are VERY happy for that.
