NO! It's called the 'Do Not Call' list for a reason. I do not wish to be called by anyone trying to sell me anything unless they are returning my call. My life has been so much better since the 'Do Not Call' list went into effect, can't you leave well enough alone? Actually, if y'all don't have enough to do up there in Washington, why don't you work on getting rid of unsolicited email spam. Now that would be a worthy goal... Thank you.
