It appears to me that your mandate is to create a marketplace and environment that is favorable to the consumer. To concept of the Do Not Call List was a very appreciated step in enforcing that mandate. Now, alas I read that you are planning to renege on that protection and allow the scum passing itself off as human telemarketers access to a concentrated list of consumers who do not wish to be bothered. It is typical of the sloganized pap that sounds protective of the American people but caters to corporations that I have come to expect of government. Silly as it may be to expect my dissent and disgust to be recognized and acted on, you do have it.
