To Whom It May Concern: The use of automated equipment to deliver prerecorded telemarking messages is a nuisance to every user of the telephone. The no-call list was intended to protect the rights of consumers, and it should continue to do so. Please do not allow telemarketers to annoy and harass the public for their selfish purposes.
