I think this is a very bad idea that will lead to my phone again becoming hostage to telemarketers. The Do Not Call registry has been a great thing for my family, as dinner time is no longer interrupted several times a week, and this loophole is going to rapidly grow to make the registry meaningless. I hope the FTC will work to protect the people, not the telemarketers. I do not want pre-recorded calls harassing my family.
