Allowing any exceptions for prerecorded messages to be sent opens the door to abuse by telemarketers who lie about the business relationship. Please do not amend the current rules. Cell phones currently enjoy a reasonably amount of protection from the nuisance of marketing; please don't open the door to the abuse of this communication medium.
