My phone is for my individual use. It is NOT for telemarketers to use. I do not accept that they have any right to bother me at home by calling me direct in person or by pre-recordings. They would be bothering me anyway. They should not be allowed to dilute the DO NOT CALL registry. I do not accept that the FTC is even considering this proposal.
