I think this is a very bad idea. I got on the Do Not Call list for the express purpose of not being bothered by telemarketers, especially those that use prerecorded messages. Allowing these messages would defeat the purpose of the DNC list, and would open up many possibilites for mass-marketers to bother American families again.
