I strongly object to the proposed rule change. I do NOT EVER want to be contacted by a prerecorded message! It is worse than having a telemarketer call because one cannot tell a recording to never call again. I also object to the Direct Marketing Association's request and urge that the current language ( "measured per day per calling campaign" ) be retained. *PLEASE* do not weaken the exisiting regulations -- the system in place has been wonderful!
