Some of the most prolific abuses among telemarketers has been among those who use the automated recorded telemarketing tactics. Simply put, the controls are not in place to enforce existing rules regarding the no-call telemarketing list(s) so 'legalizing' automated telephonic solicitation for use against the no-call list is an outrage.
