I do not think this should pass. If it must it should contain the calls to the companies that have the direct relationship with the consumer, not a partner or division, i.e. National City Mortgage customer should not get calls from National City Bank. Also the calls should be relevant to the product bought. Buy a mortgate, I should not get calls for a credit card. Also people who work off-normal hours and try to sleep during the day should be able to keep from recieving any calls without opting out, let me call you at 3am and see what you think about being pre-approved.
