Comments:
The FTC has apparently misled thousands of Americans by encouraging us to add our names and phone numbers to the "Do Not Call" list. Changing the rules after so many people have signed up in good faith is a mistake and will undermine confidence in the FTC to protect Americans from the onslaught of unwanted commercial solicitations. I reject these changes as unnecessary, and would show the FTC to be weak in the face of the lobbying effort of the Direct Marketing Associations.
