It's been so nice to be able to answer my phone and not have to deal with someone trying to sell me something or otherwise intruding on my time. What surprised me most was that my cell phone number was in the system no matter where I went I was practically harrassed by telemarketers. I would beg and plead that no loop hole be opened that could conceivably let that happen again. It would probably take to much in the way of resources to enforce this additional rule and ensure it is used for that which it is intended and not abused in such a way as to undermine the do not call list. Please Please Please don't do this.
