If I wanted to be advertised to, I would turn on a television. There is a reason for having the DO NOT CALL list. Because WE DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLED. We pay a monthly fee for usage of a telephone. Who has the right to call us and solicit nonsense ? If telephone service was free I could understand maybe? BUT WE PAY.
