Telemarketers ALREADY have the right to call those with whom they have a business relationship, and it will be terribly hard to ask these people to stop calling if the messages are automated. Not to mention the fact that, since the list is called DO NOT CALL, that is *exactly* what the public expects. My phone is MY utilitly and I do NOT pay for that utility just to have other people solicit me for money. I am therefore asking you to NOT approve this ammendment. Sincerely Yours, Lisa M.
