This is just another absurd example of how big buisness controls our politics and freedom. I pay for my phone service and I have the right to not be harrased by it. This ammendment laughs in the face of the intent of the "No call list". Salesmen do not have the right to my attention. I can turn the TV off, but there is no off switch on my phone, it must stay on for me to recieve and make calls.
