Opening up the Do-Not-Call list to these kinds of pre-recorded calls is not different than doing away with the list all together. These types of calls are just as annoying and problematic as any other type of tele-marketing call. People have a right to be left alone in their own homes and the telemarketing industry MUST be made to obey that right. I am against ANY opening of the list to ANY kind of telemarketing call. These calls are nothing but harrassment and the people who make them are liars.
