One of the most annoying things in the world is to have the phone ring and have it be someone trying to sell something to you. It is even worse when it is a recording! The National Do Not Call Register is a wonderful way to fight this type of marketing that does nothing but annoy people. Now you are opening this up to be bypassed by something as nebulous as "having a previous relationship with the company" which can be interpreted so loosely that it basically nullifies the Do Not Call Registry. Please do not open this loophole.
