This is my letter of protest to this underhanded attempt at introducing undue misery to me by allowing telemarketers access to my personal information. I do not want my information made accessible to telemarketers for any reason. I do not appreciate attempts to create loopholes such as this proposed rule will facilitate. Given that I had made the effort to opt-out of unwanted and undesired solicitation, I hope that you would respect my decision to get on the do-not-call list by not proceeding with this loophole.
