please keep the do not call as it is. several million people took the time to register and support it. by going against the wishes of this many people will certainly not be popular. who has started this except the telemarketers? perhaps you never got 30 or 40 calls from people wanting to sell you everything. if you are nice and try to politely say no you will be cursed and violently hung up on. a good many of us said no to them and now you want to allow recorded messages to be ok. i beg you, do not do this t. brock
