Opening this "loophole" potentially defeats the original intent of the program which has been VERY successful. At the worst customers should be allowed to "opt on". Why not leave well enough alone. These unwanted solicitations are an invasion of what little, if any, privacy afforded citizens. Let big business continue to fill the mail with their solicitations. Increase those postal rates! We'd all be better off!!
