I would like to voice my opposition to any change in regulation that would allow unsolicited calls to be placed to my home, business, or cell phone., such as that proposed by -Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales; Docket Id: RIN 3084-0098; CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 310; Published: November 15, 2004; Comments Due: Monday, January 10, 2005-. Telemarketers are already breaking and stretching the rules by making their numbers unavailable to caller-id; supplying invalid numbers to the caller-id mechanism; not identifying themselves; and hiding behind bogus non-profit designations; etc. I subscribed to the do not call list because I never buy anything from telephone solicitors, I find it an and annoyance and invasion of my privacy to receive telemarketing calls, and I DON'T EVER WANT TO BE CALLED BY SOLICITORS.
