Comments:
The Do Not Call List has been a wonderful program that has nearly eliminanted the most annoying marketing calls to my home. However, this proposed provision appears to completely gut the most benificial abilities of the Do Not Call List, opening my home to automated spam of the worst sort from any company that purchases an Affiliate title from my bank, credit card company, or hair stylist. Please do not institute this change.
