|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:You finally did something right for the American Public by implementing the do-not-call list. It took far too long to accomplish that success. Now you want to water the list down by making loopholes and exceptions to allow telemarketing groups to start calling us again? I think that is ridiculous! Whether the calls are pre-recorded or not, they are an invasion of the Public's privacy and should not be allowed in any form or fashion. The rules you have now should not be relaxed. They are working just fine the way they are and the Public is enjoying the fact that we do not receive any calls from telemarketers. Please do not change the do-not-call list!
