AGAINST PROPOSED RULE MAKING Pre-recorded calls are not only the most annonying telemarketing calls, but also the easiest and cheapest to generate for the company running the telemarketing operation. I believe this rule will cause every telemarketer out there to find ways of claiming 'previously established business relationships'. In addition, I also believe the number of calls generated will increase dramatically, since once the small initial investment is made, every call is virtually free. At least today telemarketers have to pay a person to make calls. Please reject this change to the law. Thank you.
