I entered my name and number in the Do Not Call Registry in order to be free of -- undisturbed by -- telemarketing calls of any sort, including that under consideration in the proposed amendment. My strong preference is that you abandon efforts to create any additional call abandonment safe harbors to allow telemarketing calls.
