I have enjoyed relative peace at home since the "do not call list" went into effect. Please, please, do not allow the newly proposed loophole to let "pre-recorded message telemarketing" messages bypass the list. The list was created because consumers are fed up with the calls. Please continue to use the list as it was intended. Thank you. David Rodrigues
