I do not want to receive a call even from a pre-recorded message. I get enough call between work, friends, relatives. Answering a call removes me from what I doing and deal with the call. Long time ago at our work we started communicating using email. Phone call reduces productivity. At home I need to catch up on reading, helping doing home work for the kids, cleaning, resting, etc. So please do not allow this un solicated call come in my house.
