This amendment does nothing to protect me as a phone user. The reason I signed up for the no call list was so I wouldn't get any unsolicited phone calls, and this goes against that. Please reconsider amending this. I will write my congress and senate representatives to show my displeasure with the FTC trying to go against the bill that was created and selling out to big business and not supporting the people that it should be protecting!!!!
