Do not allow prerecorded messages to be sent to those of the DNC lists. I do not want to hear them and they would only annoy those that did hear them in many cases more than normal live person telemarketing. Plus the list would function as a captive audience of people would were missing the traditional message and therefore would get more than their fare share of these prerecorded messages.
