I urge that the Do Not Call regulations NOT be changed to allow Prerecorded Message Telemarketing. I do not wish to receive such calls and strongly prefer that the regulations be left as they currently are. Allowing such messages would be an unwanted imposition on my privacy. The Do Not Call regulations have been highly effective, and they should NOT be changed. Thank you for considering my comment.
