I signed up for the "do not call" list because I do not want to receive unsolicited phone calls, period. Businesses which have an established relationship with me have ample opportunities to notify me of their products and promotions. Relaxing the restrictions of the list will make it useless. And in that case the effort and expense of maintaining the list will just become a waste of taxpayers' money. I strongly object to the proposal under consideration.
