LEAVE THE DO NOT CALL LIST ALONE! As it is, it means what it says: DO NOT CALL ME! If I want to get phone calls from any company I do business with, I am capable of letting them know that it is OK to call em. You want to "allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship." Unfortunately, the definition of "established business relationship" is often taken to mean "anyone who ever used to be our customer", "someone whose name we bought from somewhere", "Someone whou we would like to establish a relationship with", and "anyone who has a working telephone".
