Prerecorded messages are nothing less than junk mail without a stamp. If they had to pay 50 cents for each and every one they send out the phone system silence I've been able to have for the past year might still be possible. Thank you for the legislation that has kept most garbage calls off my phone system! Please help continue the silence by closing this loophole for trash advertising! Thank you Bob
