DO NOT ALLOW PRE-RECORDED MESSAGES TO BE SENT TO OUR HOMES, BUSINESSES, OR ANYWHERE ELSE. We are already inundated with unwanted Spam and unwanted Faxes. These cause thousands of hours of wasted time and dollars, not to mention the additional waste of paper from Fax machines. As a small business owner this problem is already annoying and costly at work, and a big inconvenience at home. The solution of opting out is not the right answer. I have already spent hours on the phone talking to pre-recorded messages in a futile attempt to try and get OFF the automated FAX listings. Why should it be my responsibility to get off listings instead of telemarketers getting permission to put me on in the first place? Again this costs time and inefficiency for my business and must be costing our country's business community millions/billions. Fix the problem we already have, do not add to it by providing yet another avenue for telemarketers to invade our privacy with unwanted and costly annoyances.
