Comments:
I strongly object to any amendment or other changes that will make it easier for telemarketers to use pre-recorded messages in a phone call. The phone is designed for dialog, which requires a human on both ends of the phone. Any company that wishes to intiate a phone call with my household should be required to do so via a human not a pre-recorded message. I realize that this change is not directly intended to encourage the use of pre-recorded messages. However I believe this change will directly result in more telemarketing and therefore do not want to see this change made.
