This was to a "do not call" list - not a "its ok to call" list. Just because someone wants an opprotunity to make more money does not justify circumventing rules designed to protect the public. The FTC needs to ask its self what its purpose is - to provide marketing platforms or to serve the public interest. Clearly those who have chosen to register in a government sponsored "do not call" registry do not want to be called...
