This is a very bad idea. The whole purpose of the Do Not Call Registry is to shield the populace from unwanted marketing intrusions into the home. Peace and quiet is a fundamental resource, one that is getting harder and harder to achieve. Allowing automated voice marketing messages only makes it easier for marketers to disturb the citizenry in order to reach the small percentage of the public that is not offended by these intrusions.
