The "Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing" Prolect No. R411001 is another invasion of citizens homes by using their personal phone for an unsolicited marketing call.Do not pass this proposed rule. We are already receiving this type of prerecorded call on a daily basis even though we are on the Do Not Call List. It disrupts our household and should not be considered. This is another invasion of the American public's Right to Privacy. Joseph Shearer
