Please do not allow pre recorded messages to "loophole" through the DO NOT CALL LIST. My peace of mind at dinner time has changed dramatically since you implemented the DO NOT CALL LIST - and allowing pre recorded messages would be a terrible intrusion for myself and my family. If I WANT to receive calls, I should be the one that makes that choice. Instead of allowing this loophole, instruct telemarketers to set up an "OPT IN" option, for people who wish to receive such calls. Thank you, William McGrath Philadelphia, PA
